Kate Graham is a General Practitioner in Western Victoria with a significant proportion of her practice involving providing preventative travel health for people travelling to a great variety of locations including Everest trekkers, missionaries to South Sudan and footy trips to Bali as well as a great variety of families travelling to places more exciting than the clinic room. Originally hailing from Far North Queensland about an hour away from Cairns, she trained in Melbourne and has a masters degree in Public Health and Tropical Medicine from James Cook University. She has a 3yo and 6yo who are strangely much more settled on an aeroplane than in the outside world. Personally, Kate has travelled to a wide variety of locations including honeymooning in Ethiopia and has more recently lived in Spain with her family. The next stops on her family travels will include Malaysia and Chile in 2017. The only thing she doesn't enjoy about travel medicine is the constant envy relating to hearing about the travels of others.
